Hacienda Los Molinos :: The Project

In these first and second phases of our project there are up to 173 individual lots with a size of approximately 1,500 square meters (16,125 square feet) each, surrounded by lakes, ecological trails, beautiful panoramic views, parks, green areas and much more.

First phase also has 20 apartments units already built. Second phase will also have condos all by the canyon (overlooking the beautifull mountains and volcano) also duplex will be available.

All of the landscaping in Hacienda Los Molinos has been carefully designed by dutch architect Angrid Tilanus and Haceienda los Molinos team of architects and engineers, with the aim of preserving the harmony and beauty of the environment.

The system of lakes that extends across the length of the project not only increases the value of the land, but also supports the maintenance and preservation of gardens and green areas, and provides a comfortable habitat for birds, butterflies and fish.

We have our own source of natural water located in the nearby mountains, which ensures its constant quality and freshness.

To avoid interference with the area’s panoramic views, the electric wiring system is build completely underground.

Besides, Hacienda Los Molinos will give you the option of enjoying the advantages of an Active Lifestyle Community (Comunidad de Vida Activa). Medical services that you might need will be available here, including emergency services and 24-hour medical assistance.
